Chelita's Tacos began in 2008 at a humble kitchen table in East Texas, where generations of family recipes met a passion for feeding people. What started as weekend cookouts for neighbors quickly turned into a full-blown community fixture — and the line has been forming ever since.

Every tortilla is hand-pressed. Every salsa is made from scratch. Every plate carries the warmth of home-cooked Mexican food prepared the way it should be — slow, seasoned, and unapologetically bold.
